eric bischoffAccording to Jason Powell of ProWrestling.net, Eric Bischoff, Garett Bischoff and Jason Hervey are suing TNA Wrestling for unpaid money in the sum of $114,500.02. The suit was filed on May 15, 2015 in Davidson County, Tennessee, and Hervey and Eric Bischoff are listed together under their company name of Bischoff Hervey Entertainment.

Eric Bischoff and Jason Hervey served as executive producers of TNA, and were hired on a “play or pay” basis. Bischoff Hervey claims they are owed $101,500 from January to March 2015. They are also seeking reasonable attorney’s fees in this matter.

As for Garret Bischoff, he was originally part of the BHE agreement before filing a separate talent agreement in October of 2012.

Garett claims he is owed $13,000.02 in unpaid compensation for October 2014 through March 2015. Garett’s deal included monthly compensation of $2,166.67 on a “play or pay basis” and an additional $500 for paid performances. His TNA contract expired on March 31, 2015.

The lawsuit notes TNA made timely payments to BHE through September 2014, then BHE notified TNA of a breach in their contract, and after two warnings TNA eventually paid BHE $101,500 on or before January 1, 2015. BHE is now seeking the same amount of money for their final three months with TNA Wrestling.
