In what has yet to be confirmed as a legit arrest or an angle possibly being filmed for “Total Divas” or the WWE Network show “Swerved”, it appears as if WWE star Paige might have been arrested following WWE Money in the Bank last night.
The following photos show Alberto Del Rio being loaded into an ambulance following the event, and as we noted he was taken to a hospital after suffering a knee injury during the Money in the Bank Ladder Match.
The photos also feature a handcuffed Paige being loaded into the ambulance as well, and police vehicles are present.
Along with the photos, rumors online suggest Paige and real life boyfriend Alberto Del Rio had some type of argument outside of the Money in the Bank arena, which might have lead to the arrest of the former WWE Divas Champion.
Update: After speaking with a source very close to the situation, WZ can confirm Paige was not arrested, however the incident does not appear to have been staged, and speculation that it might have been something filmed for Total Divas or Swerved is not true.
“No charges were filed against Paige and she is not in the hospital”, WZ was told by a source. “Additionally, WWE is still investigating the matter”.
Nick was born and raised in Detroit, Michigan, and lived there until the age of 18, when he decided to pack his flack jacket and move to New York City.
