Fourth Match: Mike Bennett & Bobby Lashley vs. Ethan Carter III & Moose
Bennett storms out of the ring immediately after the bell rings. Moose with a running axe handle to Lashley. EC3 connects with a leaping lariat. EC3 and Moose with a double team flapjack to Lashley. Lashley rolls out of the ring. Bennett and Lashley begins to argue on the outside. Bennett plants EC3 with a running cutter. Bennett goes to the ground and pound attack. Bennett tags in Lashley. Lashley rams his shoulder’s repeatedly to the midsection of EC3. Lashley connects with the corner spear. Lashley tags in Bennett. Bennett with a running boot to the gut of EC3. Bennett gets EC3 in the waist lock. EC3 connects with a stunner. Bennett responds with a spine buster. Bennett backs EC3 into the corner. EC3 with a right hand to Lashley who’s standing on the ring apron.
Bennett accidentally knocks Lashley off the ring apron. EC3 tags in Moose. Moose with a series of clotheslines. Moose connects with the Stinger Splash. Moose follows that up with a Moonsault for a two count. Moose with a running boot to the face of Lashley, Moose tags in EC3. Lashley lower’s the bottom rope and Moose is sent crashing to the outside. EC3 clotheslines Lashley over the top rope. Moose drops Lashley with a big uppercut. Bennett goes for the Miracle In Progress, but EC3 counters with a sunset flip rollup to pickup the victory.
After the match Moose drags Bennett out of the ring. Moose proceeds to beat down Bennett on the ramp. Lashley and EC3 get into a massive brawl that’s separated by a security team. EC3 and Lashley takes out the security team. Eddie Edwards, DJ Zema Ion, Andrew Everett, Trevor Lee, Pat Kenny and etc storm into the ring to break up the brawl. Billy Corgan appears on the stage. Corgan says that he’s a smart business man. Corgan announces that next week’s show will be a special edition of Impact called “Road to Glory”! There will be a Lethal Lockdown Match between Team EC3 and Team Lashley and the winner of that match will choose the stipulation for the main event match at Bound for Glory.
