On Ring of Honor’s history of running shows WrestleMania weekend:

CS: We were kind of the first promotion to piggy back off of WrestleMania. This goes back to 2005 in Chicago, then Detroit and eventually it became a destination spot.

On The Kingdom’s claim that there is a conspiracy against them in ROH and that they are being held back:

CS: I am not involved in the conspiracy. I have heard about it. I do speak with some of the gentleman involved but I know nothing about a conspiracy and if they are not allowed in by the management that exists then I am sure there is good reason for that. Are there legitimate conspiracies? There have been a few times that there has been coup d’etats tried by the talent but there have been no conspiracies.

On the importance of the loyal Ring of Honor fans:

CS: We’ve always been fan friendly. I used to make a point to stand by the door when people would leave, not every show but I tried to. When the people left the show I would be there thanking them for coming. I meant it and I had people say to me, “Mr. Silkin this is the best time of my life. Ring of Honor has brought so much joy to my life.” You can go a whole lifetime and never hear things like that. It gives me so much joy, gratitude and warmth because I don’t think that I’ve done much.
