IMPACT Wrestling star Tessa Blanchard talked how she felt when she wasn’t signed by the WWE.
Speaking to Busted Open Radio, the 22 year old revealed that she was heartbroken when she learned that she wasn’t getting signed to the WWE after giving a tryout in 2014. She said she believes that God had some other plans for her, explaining that she wouldn’t have gained the experiences she has now if the WWE would have signed her right away.
Blanchard made a few appearances in WWE NXT in 2016 and was part of the Mae Young Classic tournament. She was eliminated in the first round by Kairi Sane.
