Randy Orton Attacks Jeff Hardy On Smackdown
Tonight’s United States Championship match ended with Randy Orton once again attacking Jeff Hardy, and leaving everyone without answers as to why.
The final moments of the match saw Hardy make a cover on Shinsuke Nakamura after hitting a Twist of Fate and a Swanton, but Orton pulled him out of the ring. Orton repeatedly slammed his head into the ring steps and stomped his head, then stuck his finger in Hardy’s earlobe piercing and tried to rip it off. Orton screamed that Hardy would wait to find out why this was happening, then whipped him into the commentary table and hit a hangman’s DDT off of it before leaving.
