Orange Cassidy is on the road to AEW Revolution and there is no better driver to have but RJ City. Cassidy was one of several passengers to sit shotgun with RJ in his Road To AEW Revolution series who “chaffeured” the stars to the PPV which is going down Sunday March 6 in Orlando.
As per usual, the Freshly Squeezed star was ever the conversationalist as he and City pontificated about matters outside of the ring before the two got down to business about his upcoming Face Of Revolution ladder match where he will face Ricky Starks, Powerhouse Hobbs, Wardlow, Christian Cage and Keith Lee in order to earn himself a TNT Title shot.
“I got a…some ladders or something,” he said. “It’s like a ladder match,” Orange clarifies.
“Oh my God, you gotta fight a ladder?” RJ asked before noting he got pretty testy with a ladder once.
The two finally got down to brass tacks when Cassidy asks City where they’re going exactly. RJ makes it clear that they’re on the road to Revolution and that prompts Cassidy to swiftly get out of the vehicle.
Cassidy earned his shot for the Face Of Revolution match by defeating Anthony Bowens on a recent episode of AEW Rampage. The full card for the PPV is as follows:
