Impact Wrestling Results (11/10) – Storm/Roode Rematch, Turning Point Championship Main Event Announced

Bobby Roode comes out to explain his actions last week, and he says he can’t believe the crowd is booing him, so they must be chanting ‘Roode’. He says they were cheering him last week and they must be pissed because he killed Beer Money, but anyone would have done the same thing in his spot. Roode says he is the leader of the new generation of selfishness, and doing the right thing gets you nowhere so he took out his partner, and it’s Storm’s fault for not seeing it. He says he made the best of his opportunity after getting screwed at Bound For Glory, and Storm is somewhere drowning his sorrows but he is standing there as the new World Heavyweight Champion.

James Storm is shown watching from the back and he makes his way out to the arena and fights off security along the way. He makes it to the ring but Roode runs off and security holds Storm back as Sting comes out to address the situation. Sting mentions Roode taking a shortcut last week and he says he is going to take the high road tonight and make a championship rematch. Sting says Storm will get his rematch against Roode tonight, and says ‘Sorry about your damn luck’ then leaves as Roode screams at him then at Storm in the ring.

“The Pope” D’Angelo Dinero vs Crimson

Crimson reverses a side headlock and hits a shoulder block, then gets out of a waistlock but gets planted with a DDT off the ropes for two. Pope goes to the middle rope and drops a fist, then knocks Crimson in the corner with an uppercut and goes back up top. Crimson stands up as Pope leaps at him and he catches Pope and hits a sitout powerbomb for the win.
