Prior to tonight's WWE Smackdown taping, the following matches were taped for this week's editions of Main Event and Saturday Morning Slam:

Saturday Morning Slam:

-Natalya defeated Alicia Fox

-Sheamus defeated Michael McGillicutty. This was basically a comedy match that saw Sheamus get the eventual pin fall.

Main Event:

-Antonio Cesaro defeated The Great Khali to retain the US Title

-Wade Barrett lost a Gauntlet match. He beat Yoshi Tatsu, JTG and Justin Gabriel, but lost to Kofi Kingston. The match was non-title.
