Mark Henry Talks Life After WWE

WWE star Mark Henry was recently profiled by NBC affiliate KXAN in Austin as Henry hosts a monthly camp which teaches fitness to children. On life after WWE, Henry had the following to say:

“I’m getting long in the tooth for professional wrestling. WWE’s been very good to me. I plan on being involved with the WWE until they no longer want me around, but I’m definitely making the transition to film and TV.”

As we reported earlier today, UFC fighter CM Punk appeared at the C3E2 Convention in Chicago today, and the Eat Sleep Podcast @ESPRpodcast has Tweeted the following highlights from Punk’s Q&A:

-On fighters calling him out, Punk says they are just “trying to get that CM Punk money.”

-Punk said UFC flew to Chicago and made him an offer to join, and he added no one has ever offered him that much money to get beat up.

-On his attitude, Punk said “People tell people I’m a cocky dick all the time. Just be yourself. The world would be a better place.”

-Punk revealed he auditioned for the second Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles movie but did not reveal which role he read for. He said the movie has not yet been cast.
