This second of four videos for the weekend is all about CM Punk making his MMA debut at UFC 203. Here’s some highlights of the conversation:

Justin LaBar:

Do you think he WILL win and do you WANT him to win? On the will — if you’re betting then your safer bet is he doesn’t because he’s never fought MMA, I think he [CM Punk] would tell you that. CM Punk is not my favorite person, but I don’t want it lost in translation, I enjoy him the wrestler but more personally I don’t dig all the way he comes off on podcasts and stuff. But I totally respect his courage. If you don’t then you’re being ignorant and prejudice against him. You have to respect the courage. I don’t think I could do the training and have the courage to step in the cage. Do I want to see him win? One part of me is like it would be quite the story. The bigger story though is if he doesn’t. Scott Hall recently said it…people watch Brock Lesnar to see him win and more people than no are watching to see CM Punk lose. One thing Punk has going for him is how do you prepare for a guy you’ve never seen fight before. So his opponent has to deal with that.

Juice Springsteen:

I would say Punk loses, but it wouldn’t shock me if he pulled out but I don’t know if it would be a decision and if he can last that long.

Justin LaBar:

If it goes to a decision, even if Punk loses it’s still a victory in a sense for him.

Josh Isenberg:

I think CM Punk is outmatched and outweighed, he’s in over his head coming into UFC 203. I pick Mickey Gall winning this. I want to se CM Punk eat crow. If you’re cocky and back it up, then you can be Brock Lesnar. If you can’t back it up, then that makes you just another punk.
