Roman Reigns Shares When His Current WWE Contract Ends, How Much Longer He’ll Be Around

Roman Reigns plans on having a “less physical” career in the next few years.

Vanity Fair‘s Tom Kludt profiled Roman Reigns ahead of WrestleMania 41 and the pair spoke about the Tribal Chief’s various accolades, as well as what the future might hold. Reigns confirmed his current WWE contract ends after WrestleMania 42 in 2026. In addition, he hinted that he might sign one final deal with WWE before bringing his in-ring career to a close.

“After I finish the contract that I’m in, we probably got another year or two max,” Roman Reigns said. “Then it’s time to take on a less physical form of entertainment.”

Could that be a career in Hollywood? It seems that one director believes is possible, if Reigns himself wants it.

“He’s a physical specimen,” says David Leitch, the director of Hobbs & Shaw, which Reigns appeared in. “The camera loves him, the audience loves him, and the only thing standing in his way is his own ambition.”

Reigns said he recieves a lot of scripts, but he wants to be selective on which roles he takes.

“I almost want to model it after Tarantino, where we’re not just doing anything and everything,” Reigns said. “I want to really plot out: I want this one, I want that one.”

Vanity Fair shared that one role Reigns has secured is a scene in The Pickup, and upcoming heist-comedy starring Eddie Murphy and Keke Palmer. During the interview, Reigns also shared his reasons for supporting United States President Donald Trump, although he cautioned that he doesn’t support everything the President does.
