Kevin Nash Addresses Bret Hart’s WWE SummerSlam Remarks

Kevin Nash has responded to Bret Hart’s WWE SummerSlam snub claims.

Bret Hart recently revealed that WWE invited him to SummerSlam this year. However, he said the company didn’t provide him with a seat when he arrived. He felt overlooked, especially after noticing Kevin Nash appeared to have a seat, which made him believe WWE still doesn’t value his contributions.

Reacting to Hart’s comments, Kevin Nash addressed the situation on his Kliq This podcast. He explained that he never attended SummerSlam because he already knew he didn’t have a seat. “I saw where he was pissed because he went to SummerSlam and was told that they would have a seat for him, and there wasn’t, but I got a seat. Well, number one, I didn’t go to the show because I knew I didn’t have a seat. I guess my name got brought up, it would be, oh! Triple H’s buddy got a f*cking seat.”

Nash clarified that his name was mentioned unfairly in the situation and said he held no hard feelings toward Bret Hart. “I actually called Bret (Hart). I said, ‘I stopped going after they put me in a f*cking box, and the monitor in the box didn’t work, and the ring was so f*cking small and we were so far away that we had to watch, like, look up and watch the fucking tron, like, with no f*cking announcing.’”

“Jesus, man, it’s bad enough to f*cking have to watch f*cking wrestling without being able to f*cking fast forward through sh*t, let alone no f*cking announcing and volume and f*ck. I don’t blame Bret… I had a signing inside the arena, inside MetLife (Stadium). So I did a signing at 1:30 to 3 o’clock or something like that. So, I saw some of the people but, not many.” [H/T: Fightful]
