Last night was the 2025 edition of AEW x NJPW’s Forbidden Door pay-per-view. One of the major matches of the event was the TBS Championship Four-way match. The match was between the champion Mercedes Moné, Bozilla, Persephone, and Alex Windsor.
The CEO managed to successfully defend her title. Following the event, during the post-show Media Scrum, Mercedes Moné called herself the greatest women’s wrestler of all time. She also reminded everyone that she currently holds nine different champions from several different wrestling promotions.

Moné then went on to mention that her success in the world of professional wrestling needs to be celebrated. She asked the President of AEW, Tony Khan, what he thinks about her having a celebration on the upcoming episode of Dynamite.
“I need a celebration… on Dynamite. I need to celebrate. Tony, what do you think?”
Tony Khan replied by agreeing with the CEO and also went on to say that she deserves to be celebrated.

Mercedes Moné shares her thoughts on a potential rematch with Toni Storm
During the scrum, Moné was also asked about her thoughts on the possibility of having a rematch against the AEW Women’s World Champion Toni Storm. The CEO mentioned that she doesn’t talk about the past; all her focus is on the now.

When asked the same question to Tony Khan, the AEW President, shared that he believes the match has what it takes to be a main event match on any pay-per-view.
“I think that is absolutely a main event caliber match. That was part of the big triple main event on the best show we ever did, and it was one of the greatest matches we’ve ever had in the history of AEW… I think that would be an absolutely fantastic main event match in any major show.
