It is safe to say that in WWE, if you are mentored by Hall of Famer Paul Heyman, you are in good hands. Heyman has been the advocate of Brock Lesnar, has mentored CM Punk, was the Wiseman for Roman Reigns, and now he is the Oracle for The Vision. Recently, former WWE star Parker Boudreaux shared his thoughts on potentially making a return to the Stamford-promotion and becoming a ‘Paul Heyman Guy’.
Parker Boudreaux was recently interviewed by So Cal Val for WrestlingNews.co. During the interview, the former WWE Superstar shared that he was recruited by Paul Heyman at a very young age. He also shared that it is a privilege to be mentored by Heyman. Boudreaux also mentioned that if he got the opportunity to return to WWE and be under Heyman’s wing, it would be a full-circle moment.
“Paul Heyman was recruiting me at a young age. Not many people get the rub from Paul Heyman, especially at a young age like I did. And for him to be not only like a mentor for somebody that brought me into the business, showed me how to really work and to become one of those elite Paul Heyman guys, it’s an honor, man.
“It’s a privilege to be having a great relationship to this day with him. I still talk to him very, very often, and he still critiques all my matches. So I think in the future it would be [great] to work with him… at some point. That would be kind of like a full circle moment,” Parker Boudreaux said. [H/T WrestlingNews.co]
