What happened on WWE NXT this week?

This week’s show kicked off with a Women’s Iron Survivor Summit. They were interrupted by Fatal Influence, and the segment turned into one big brawl.

Thea Hail defeated Arianna Grace in women’s action.

Elsewhere on the show, Sol Ruca, Lola Vice, and Kendal Grey defeated Fatal Influence in a six-woman tag match.

In the closing segment of the evening, Ava had a backstage contract signing between Ricky Saints and Oba Femi for their NXT Championship match at Deadline.

Here’s the overall review of Tuesday’s episode of NXT, courtesy of our live coverage page…

WWE NXT Review:

Tonight’s show wasn’t anywhere near as much of a drag as NXT has been over the past few weeks. Tonight, we got solid in-ring action in an underabuncance of talky-talky segments. All in all, a good night. The main event was an exciting affair where Je’Von Evans stole the show, even though Myles Borne stole the pinfall.

The NXT Championship contract signing happened backstage, which this writer doesn’t mind, but the note that the match will open the show is interesting. There may be some shenanigans afoot when it comes to whoever loses that title match. Could they be added to the Iron Survivor Match?
