Harley Cameron doesn’t get what the commotion is.
Wednesday’s episode of AEW Dynamite featured a wild moment when Mina Shirakawa “accidentally” ripped open Harley Cameron’s shirt during a pre-match pep talk. Mina then suddenly ripped Harley’s shirt open to hype her up, thinking she was wearing her wrestling gear underneath. However, Cameron’s bra was exposed instead, and the pair had a short comedic exchange over the wardrobe issue.
“Oh no, I’m sorry! I thought you had your gear on,” Shirakawa said, as Cameron no-sold it and cut a promo on her opponents.
Harley Cameron spoke with Theo Dorsey of ESPN South Florida to promote Saturday’s AEW Collision: Fairway to Hell event. During the conversation, Dorsey asked Cameron about her “Janet Jackson incident” on AEW Dynamite.
Cameron pointed out that she basically wrestles in a bra already, so she’s not sure why the segment was so polarizing.
“I popped a t**ty. Look, Mina got all riled up and she thought I was wearing my gear underneath, which I wasn’t. And you know, for anyone who had a heart attack over it, let me just preface that my wrestling gear is actually just a bra. I wrestle in a bra, if anyone takes care to notice. So, for everyone that was like, ‘Oh my gosh,’ Mina’s next to me—our gear is bras. She just thought I was in my wrestling gear, but I was in the wrong material, you know?”
