Charlotte Flair Called Out By Rising WWE Star After Major SmackDown Win

Charlotte Flair survived the opening-round match in the Queen of the Ring Tournament on WWE SmackDown, but her celebration didn’t last long as she immediately found herself on the radar of one of SmackDown’s newest stars. Blake Monroe made it clear that she has her sights set on The Queen.

Flair moved on to the next round after winning a fatal four-way match against Jade Cargill, Lyra Valkyria, and Sol Ruca on the June 12 episode of SmackDown.

The match was filled with twists and momentum shifts. Outside interference from B-FAB, Michin, Alexa Bliss, and WWE Women’s Champion Tiffany Stratton added to the chaos in between. In the end, Flair locked Valkyria in the Figure Eight, forcing her to tap out and securing her spot in the next round of the tournament.

Following the victory, Blake Monroe sent a message.

Blake Monroe questions Charlotte Flair and Alexa Bliss’ alliance

Another chapter of Monroe’s “Dear Diary” vignette aired after the match. Since arriving on SmackDown, Monroe has made a habit of mentioning some of WWE’s biggest names, including Rhea Ripley and Tiffany Stratton. This time, she turned her attention to Flair.

“Dear diary, let’s talk about Charlotte Flair,” Monroe started.

“Charlotte, I remember watching you as a part of the historic women’s evolution. You are truly one of the greats, and with Alexa Bliss by your side, well, you are a match made in co-dependent heaven,” Monroe said.

Monroe then shifted from praise to criticism, taking a shot at Flair’s growing alliance with Bliss.

“I mean, what a farce. You deluded yourself into thinking you are stronger together, and you have only turned soft, weak. Friends aren’t something I have ever burdened myself with. True stars shine brighter alone,” she said.

She ended the segment with a warning to Flair and the rest of SmackDown’s women’s division.

“And my beauty is blinding. Hold on tight to each other girls, because the glamor is coming to SmackDown. Yours truly, Blake Monroe,” she concluded.

A couple of months ago, Flair described Monroe as “spunky” and praised her personality. Looks like Monroe didn’t take it as a compliment.
