What’s NOT Bothering Me: TNA No Surrender, General Manager Change, WWE Raw Tonight

Now, on to what's NOT bothering me in pro wrestling:

AJ General Manager#3. General Manager Change

Maybe we'll get lucky and the change will lead to their non-existence, as Mark Madden suggested recently, but something needs to be done with the GM position in pro wrestling. Specifically, AJ as the Raw General Manager.

I should have stuck with my gut instinct; it's rarely wrong. When the announcement of AJ being the new GM was made by Vince McMahon, I immediately thought it was a rushed, bad idea. AJ then made my doubt that opinion the following week as she did a solid job.

That lasted one week, literally.

I'm not trying to imply that she's doing horrible, but there's something incredibly difficult about taking her serious in that role. The only female I think could truly pull it off would be Stephanie McMahon, but that's due more to her last name than it is any special attribute or authoritative prowess.

Maybe I'm just sexist. But, the fact remains…
