A tale of two stories took place on one segment. First, Braun Strowman destroyed R-Truth and Goldust. He was about to do the same to Sami Zayn, but Mick Foley cut it off pretty quickly. He told Zayn that he will never beat Braun and tries to throw some truth his way. For the first time since NXT, Sami Zayn cuts a passionate and intense promo. He calls Mick a hypocrite and talks about how Mick overcame so many guys. Zayn walks off in frustration and anger, directly specifically at Mick Foley.

Braun is destroying everyone, which I like. Who will be the guy that stops him? Is there any? Feuds can be limited for him, but he is a freak that I want to see every Monday night. What will he do next is what fans are thinking in terms of wrecking opponents. As for Zayn, this is the beginning of a disgruntled employee who wants out of his contract. This could potentially be the beginning of trades between RAW and Smackdown, which can benefit and bring new life to characters. Sami Zayn should have NEVER stayed on RAW. He is a Smackdown guy and can thrive in that environment.

Enzo defeated Rusev

I did not love it, but I was okay with it and understand it. Rusev is being booked against the most over team in WWE and low blows Enzo to pick up a DQ. His heel juices are flowing and the best way to do this is to have him beat down Enzo and Cass. Thankfully, they do not do the USA vs. Russia storyline and use Lana once again. Things are more interesting when its booked with her as a secondary focal point.

The end game will be Rusev standing tall, but where do they go after this blow-off feud? It’s entertaining, but does not have much traction on it for a feud lasting longer than 1 month.
