In Ring Segment: Eli Drake
Drake says he laid a trap to get close to Joseph Park last week. Drake had to put an end to something that should have ended years ago (Abyss). Drake is the last of a dying breed. Drake is going to lay rest hardcore wrestling. Tommy Dreamer interrupts. Dreamer is too old and part of the problem, according to Drake. Dreamer berates Drake for not paying homage to the stars of this business. Drake goes after Dreamer but Dreamer fends him off.
Backstage, Alisha Edwards tries to tell Moose he needs to leave because Eddie Edwards is on his way into the building. Moose says if Edwards shows up again Moose will just call 911. Moose tells Alisha that if she can’t handle her husband he will.
Backstage, the referees talk about this being an unsafe work environment. Scarlett Bordeaux flirts with the referees.
Johnny Impact vs Matt Sydal w/Ethan Page
Impact and Sydal trade submission and roll up attempts. Impact leg sweeps Sydal. Standing shooting star by Impact. Sydal kicks out. Sydal trips Impact. Sydal tries a spin kick but Impact reverses it into a backbreaker. Impact fires up and hits a sliding German suplex on Sydal. Disaster kick by Impact. Impact sets up Starship Pain. Page pulls Sydal out of the ring. Impact dives over the ring post to the outside onto Page. Impact sets up a top rope Spanish fly. Sydal pushes Impact off the top rope. Sydal hits a flying knee off the top. Impact responds with Starship Pain for the win.
Winner- Johnny Impact
After the match, Killer Kross joins Impact in the ring. Kross didn’t come here to fight. Kross says Impact is the chosen one (basically) and he wants to help Impact be the catalyst for change. Impact says he doesn’t trust Kross. Impact says no and leaves.
