Steel Cage Match: Drew McIntyre vs Dolph Ziggler
Ziggler tries to leave the cage immediately. McIntyre stops Ziggler from escaping multiple times. McIntyre clast Ziggler with a chop, then a deadlift vertical suplex. McIntyre beats down Ziggler in the corner. Ziggler surprises McIntyre with a leaping DDT. Ziggler and McIntyre trade strikes. McIntyre destroys Ziggler with the Glasgow kiss. Ziggler and McIntyre both start to climb the cage. Ziggler and McIntyre trade punches on the top rope. Ziggler ends up getting crotched on the top rope.
McIntyre eventually ends up slipping and getting crotched as well. After the break, Ziggler hits the fameasser. McIntyre kicks out. McIntyre tries the reverse Alabama slam but Ziggler counters it into a victory roll. McIntyre kicks out. Superkick by Ziggler. McIntyre kicks out. McIntyre and Ziggler knock heads. Ziggler crawls to the door. Ziggler slams the cage door on McIntyre’s head. McIntyre suplexes Ziggler off the cage. McIntyre launches Ziggler head-first into the cage. McIntyre bad mouths Ziggler as McIntyre flings him into the cage. Ziggler hits the Zig Zag out of nowhere. McIntyre kicks out. Ziggler calls for the Superkick. McIntyre counters with a nasty Claymore Kick. McIntyre loads up and lands another Claymore Kick. It’s over.
Winner- Drew McIntyre
After the match, McIntyre takes out Ziggler with a steel chair. McIntyre grabs a mic and says he is going to win the Royal Rumble. Ziggler makes it to his feet again so McIntyre delivers another Claymore kick.
