Posting on Facebook, Kurt Angle talked about his final match in WWE, which is currently scheduled against Baron Corbin at WrestleMania 35. “My very last match. I know it’s not the old Kurt Angle everyone has wanted, but I’m proud knowing its the new Kurt Angle that’s been clean for almost 6 years”. The Olympic Gold Medalist then thanked his fans for the support throughout his wrestling career.
Angle has been performing a Farewell Tour on RAW and SmackDown, competing against some of the fiercest rivals from his recent past. He faced Samoa Joe and AJ Styles in the weeks leading up the big show a week from Sunday. On his last RAW appearance as an active competitor, he’s set to go one on one with Rey Mysterio.
