If you’re a huge Hardy Boyz fan then you will love the brand-new Mattel WWE Elite “Brood” Hardy Boyz 2-pack exclusive to RingsideCollectibles.com! They’re representing their glory days with The Brood back from the Attitude Era and man are these figures awesome! You can only get them on Ringside where you can SAVE 10% with discount code MBG at checkout!

The Packaging

The packaging on this set is awesome. It has a very Brood feel to it, making it a really neat display piece if you keep them mint. The outside design represents their shirts and tag titles a bit I’d say while the sides have flames to represent their epic entrance with Gangrel. Then on the back you have an image of the Hardyz with statistics and a fun mini-bio about their old tag team days. Not to mention the cardboard piece behind the figures is all flames while the piece underneath their feet looks like the entrance stage. And of course you have the Ringside Collectibles Exclusive sticker on the front. The packaging is really nice as it’s so colorful and has such an open window to see the figures and accessories quite well.

Jeff Hardy

Jeff’s figure is absolutely awesome, as is Matt’s for that matter. Jeff features his latest flashback head scan with his teeth showing. He has multi-colored highlights in his hair as well as features a mesh (painted) necklace and a plastic necklace accessory with a cross on it. He comes with his signature cloth, removable shirt for the time and has his signature arm bands with the holes in them. He comes with swappable “gun” expression hands to swap with his normal hands that can hold accessories like the belts they come with. Not to mention he has a detailed belt, black jeans and his white/black boots.

Overall Jeff’s figure is awesome. His articulation is similar to that of his other Elite figures as it’s practically the same mold as his Elite 57 figure, which is also topless. His articulation is pretty great minus the limitation of his hips. His hip area restricts his legs moving outward a bit so just be careful when trying to recreate some of his crazy moments. Besides that the figure is really nice.

Matt Hardy

Matt’s figure is pretty much identical to that of Jeff’s minus the new head scan. This scan features Matt’s long, wet hair draped over his face. Underneath his hair you see a young Matt with his beard and stern expression on his face. He, too, features a plastic necklace around his neck and also has armbands, but his are solid black versus Jeff’s hole-style. Matt has swappable “gun” hands as well as a removable cloth shirt and black pants with the black and white boots.

Overall, Matt is a great looking figure. It is practically identical minus a few paint apps and of course the head. His articulation is a bit restricted from the hip design as well but you can still pose him pretty well otherwise.

The Belts

The Hardyz come with the classic WWE Tag Titles from the Attitude Era. These belts used to be pretty hard to come by but seem to be a bit easier now. If you never got your hands on these you can get a set easily with this 2-pack. The plates are super detailed and like any other Mattel WWE belt you have the holes and notches to size it accordingly. Such a great accessory for these guys.

Overall

Overall I really like this 2-pack and highly recommend it if you love the Attitude Era. These figures represent my childhood and the detail on them is pretty awesome. The fact they have actual necklaces and cloth shirts really makes these figures pop. I wish they weren’t restricted a bit on their articulation but other than that I really like them a lot. They do have some paint app issues on the hands and Jeff’s arms, at least mine do sadly, so beware of that when you get your set. If you want these guys I highly recommend you pick them up on Ringside as Hardyz stuff usually sells very fast, especially Elites. People will not sleep on this set I’m sure. As mentioned earlier you can get them on RingsideCollectibles.com and SAVE 10% with discount code MBG at checkout!
