All Elite Wrestling is teasing a big announcement leading to all sorts of speculation as to what it might possibly be about.
AEW caused a stir this morning after several talents on the roster posted on social media about an announcement that would be made “very soon” by the new @AEWONTNT accounts on Twitter and Instagram. The announcement (for the announcement) included a #AreYouElite hashtag, but not too many other details are currently known. It’s worth noting Leva Bates—one of AEW’s Librarians—said the reveal will happen this Wednesday.

AEW’s next official show will be All Out on August 31st in Chicago, but their TV deal with TNT doesn’t start until October. It’s been heavily rumored that the new promotion could start on the network on October 2. Tony Khan told the media after the Fight For The Fallen event that an announcement about some of the venues and dates they will run for the TV tapings will be announced sometime before All Out on August 31, but nothing else has been confirmed at this time.

RAW Reunion
John Pollock of POSTWrestling.com is reporting John Cena is set to appear at tonight’s RAW Reunion event. Cena teased appearing on the show last week during a media interview with Chris Van Vliet for DECO Drive; it’s unknown what role Cena will have on tonight’s show.
