John Cena Set For Another WWE WrestleMania 42 Weekend Appearance

John Cena is adding more appearances to his WrestleMania 42 weekend schedule.

John Cena retired from in-ring competition in December 2025 after an iconic career. He is a 17-time world champion in WWE history. Despite retiring, he confirmed that he will return to host WrestleMania 42.

Reports revealed that this was not the original plan. At the time of his final match, hosting was not discussed. He later found out about it in February 2026 and agreed to it. Now, another appearance has been confirmed for that same weekend. Cena will join The Undertaker for a live podcast recording.

It will be part of Undertaker’s “Six Feet Under” podcast. The event will take place at WWE World during WrestleMania weekend. It is scheduled for Saturday, April 18. That is the same day as night one of WrestleMania 42.

The announcement came through Fanatics on X, formerly known as Twitter. “Two icons. One stage. LIVE. John Cena joins The Undertaker for a live recording of Six Feet Under at WWE World. No script. No filters. Just conversation you won’t hear anywhere else. ? Saturday, April 18 ? BUY WWE WORLD TIX: https://bit.ly/BUYWWEWORLDTIX.”

This appearance adds even more excitement to the weekend. WWE World will feature several fan-focused events during the weekend. There will be meet and greets and live shows throughout. Many big names are scheduled to appear at the convention it include Brandi Rhodes, LA Knight, Steve Austin, AJ Styles, Mickie James, AJ Lee, Asuka, Bayley, The Bella Twins and CM Punk.
