Cody Rhodes and All Elite Wrestling had an unforgettable inaugural year in 2019.

Cody Rhodes took part in a Twitter Q&A where he was asked what his major goal is for the new promotion in the coming year, Cody responded that he would like to see AEW’s tent pole pay-per-view events become Destination happenings for fans. “Lots of hopes & goals,” said the youngest Rhodes boy. “Probably to establish the big 4 PPVs as real destination events for fans.”

Cody also discussed the possibility of a European tour in 2020 and idea which he says he would love to explore although there are no immediate plans. He replied, “No current plans, but I love the idea of doing a tour around Europe and into the countries where AEW: Plus [ on Fite TV] penetrates. It’s a measured and steady pace we are moving at, but having wrestled in Germany myself, I’d love this crew to experience it. Vivid/fun fandom.”

The “American Nightmare” and AEW have confirmed their first tri-state area appearance which will be in New Jersey on March 25 in the Prudential Center for AEW Dynamite.
