Ken Shamrock Has Been Suspended Indefinitely By IMPACT Wrestling

Ken Shamrock has been suspended by IMPACT Wrestling—but for how long?

Following the events of last week’s show, IMPACT has suspended Shamrock for an indefinite amount of time. Shamrock attacked several referees at the conclusion of last week’s main event, putting one in an ankle lock before he refused to let go. This week, IMPACT’s Scott D’Amore announced he has indefinitely suspended The World’s Most Dangerous Man for the attack, which was apparently fine with Sami Callihan, who was also involved in the scuffle.

As seen in the clip below (which also includes Shamrock’s attack to start), Sami Callihan is seen walking into D’Amore’s office and Scott is not too happy to see him.

Despite D’Amore’s reaction, Callihan actually says he’s glad Shamrock is gone and he thought of firing him already because he was losing it. D’Amore rebuffed, but it remains to be seen when Shamrock will return to IMPACT TV. This year’s Hall Of Fame inductee had already been suspended for 30 days for attacking D’Lo Brown on December 1, so maybe Shamrock can use the time away to work on his anger management skills.

Do you really think this is the last we’ve seen of Ken Shamrock on IMPACT TV?

How will veteran Tommy Dreamer offer to challenge Rich Swann for the IMPACT World title at the upcoming No Surrender pay-per-view event? This week’s IMPACT also saw a beloved knockout make a surprise return with ODB coming back to shake up the women’s scene.

If you ‘own the night’ on Tuesdays or simply want to catch up on the brand that is still shaking up the wrestling world, this podcast has you covered. WrestleZone’s Bill Pritchard, Kevin Kellam and Robert DeFelice run down this week’s show on AXS TV and what’s ahead for IMPACT.

Plus some extra discussion about how independent wrestling could possibly run events around WrestleMania week in Tampa, Florida despite the current COVID-19 pandemic.
