Money In The Bank Qualifier, Roman Reigns Victory Celebration Set For 6/25 SmackDown

The fallout from Sunday’s WWE Hell in a Cell pay-per-view makes its way to SmackDown later on tonight, and it sounds like WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns is in a celebratory mood.

WWE has announced that Roman Reigns will have a victory celebration tonight on SmackDown in honor of his victory over Rey Mysterio inside Hell in a Cell that was the main event of last week’s show. Will a new challenger step forward to take on The Tribal Chief at Money in the Bank? We’ll see later tonight.

Monday night on WWE RAW, there were three men’s qualifying matches for the upcoming Money in the Bank ladder match that saw Ricochet, John Morrison, and Riddle advance to the big match. So far, SmackDown has announced one qualifier match for tonight’s show as Intercontinental Champion Apollo Crews will face Big E of The New Day. Will Big E be able to score a measure of defense from WrestleMania, or will Commander Azeez help Crews secure another tainted victory? Tune in to find out.

Sunday at Hell in a Cell, Seth Rollins defeated Cesaro, and Bianca Belair defeated Bayley. These two rivalries will continue tonight on WWE SmackDown as Seth Rollins will team with Bayley to take on Cesaro and SmackDown Women’s Champion Bianca Belair in mixed tag team action. There’s a good chance we see both of these rivalries continue heading into next month’s Money in the Bank pay-per-view.

WWE will most likely announce more matches later on this afternoon heading into tonight’s show.
