On the March 23 episode of AEW Dynamite, former Ring of Honor World Champions will collide when Adam Cole faces Jay Lethal in a singles match.
AEW President Tony Khan announced the news in a tweet on March 22; this bout will pit the third-ranked wrestle (Lethal) against the fourth. Cole had been at the top of the rankings before he unsuccessfully challenged Adam Page for the AEW World Championship at AEW Revolution.
