Indiana Pro Wrestler Logan Legit Killed In Car Accident

Logan Roettger, who wrestled under the name of Logan Legit, was killed in a car accident at the age of 28, according to wrestling promoter Chris Waddell.

According to Waddell, Roettger was leaving his home on Wednesday, March 23, when he was in an accident. After being taken to a hospital in Nashville, Roettger, unfortunately, passed away due to his injuries. “We spent all day with him yesterday [Thursday], and his parents flew in from Florida,” said Waddell in a video shared to Facebook.

“Logan was full of life and every time he stepped in the locker room — every time — he made it a better place, a more enjoyable place,” said Waddell. “He became the best of us, he really was,” continued Waddell. “Logan to me was not only my partner, but he was my best friend. He gave me tools inside to let people know who I was, who I am, and just to be a better person overall, we are broken, we are sad, I feel so, so much pain for his mom and dad.”

While Roettger was mostly known on the independent scene due to his time with WWA Wrestling, the superstar was also known by many WWE and NXT talent, as Roettger was a hairdresser by trade, and would often style some of their hair when he worked at a salon in Tampa, Florida. During his time wrestler, Roettger rose to the top of WWA Wrestling, becoming the WWA National Champion despite his small stature.

We here at WrestleZone send our deepest prayers and condolences to the family, friends, and fans of Logan Roettger at this time.
