Shiloh Hill has become one of the most talked-about personalities in WWE NXT because of his wild, unpredictable behavior. He also has one very noticeable feature—his missing front tooth.
Fans have seen the tooth fall out several times on WWE TV. One of his most memorable moments came during his NXT debut match when he casually removed the fake tooth and handed it to the referee before the match started.
Another viral clip happened on NXT Level Up in September 2024 when Hill’s tooth flew out of his mouth after taking a Bullhammer elbow from Mark Coffey.
Hill also went viral earlier this year during a segment with Arianna Grace when he dipped Grace into a ballroom-style pose before intentionally letting the fake tooth fall onto her face.
Shiloh Hill Says BB Gun Originally Knocked Out His Tooth
Speaking on The Mark Moses Show, Hill shared that the story behind it actually goes back to his childhood. The NXT star revealed that he originally lost the tooth after his cousin accidentally shot him in the mouth with a BB gun.
“The first time I ever got my tooth knocked out, my cousin, when we were little, like shot me in the mouth with a BB gun. Then I got it fixed, and then later I got it punched out in a fight,” Hill said.
The tooth problem never really stopped after the original accident. He said it kept getting knocked out throughout different stages of his life, including while playing hockey and football.
“I actually did play hockey when I was younger too. So, I got it knocked out a couple times in hockey and then I got it fixed. Got it knocked out one time in football. Got it fixed and then when I came here, I had, like, we do these things called like PC live matches which are, when you’re first starting out, they’re like practice matches in the performance center. I got hit with a chair in the mouth and it broke like the rest of the fake tooth off. So, it does not want to stay in. It does not want to. I even got it fixed one time in LFG. Then I just bit into a slice of pizza on LFG, and it broke up again,” he added.
The WWE prospect now regularly wears an “Essix flipper,” which has a removable fake tooth. But rather than treating it like a normal dental piece, Hill often uses it as a comedy prop.
