Date For Battle Slam: The Takeover Moved To 8/7, Updated Card

Battle Slam has slightly pushed back its third event.

In a tweet, the promotion announced that the “Takeover” show has been moved to August 7. Previously, the event was scheduled for July 28. Despite the shift, the show will still be held at the Oasis Event Center in Atlanta, Georgia. The reason for the changed date is currently unclear.

The announced card for Battle Slam: The Takeover is as follows:

  • World Championship Tournament Qualifier: KC Navarro vs. Leon Ruff
  • World Championship Tournament Qualifier: Alan Angels vs. Shoot Taylor
  • Baron Black vs. Lil Scrappy
  • Queen Aminata vs. Robyn Renegade
  • Caprice Coleman vs. Richard King
