Kenny Omega Gets The ‘Yakuza’ Treatment In Japan, Stokely Hathaway Is Looking Out For #1

Here’s a brand new edition of the WrestleZone Roundup, taking a look at the latest and greatest social media content around these parts — Saddle up!

Kenny Omega took a trip to Sega’s offices in Japan and got scanned by the Yakuza game series engine.

Omega shared the news in an Instagram post and thanked Sega for giving him an amazing tour. He noted that they created a character model of him in the Yakuza engine.

The former AEW World Champion is a passionate video game fan, and he often streams on Twitch. He recently returned to AEW and won the World Trios Championship at the All Out pay-per-view. However, he has reportedly been suspended due to a physical confrontation with CM Punk after the latter took heated shots at him and the Young Bucks during the media scrum following All Out.

During his time in Japan, Omega also reunited with his former Golden Lovers tag team partner, Kota Ibushi.
