The Iron Claw found its Kerry Von Erich.
ComingSoon.net reports that A24 has cast Jeremy Allen White as Kerry Von Erich in The Iron Claw, the upcoming film about the Von Erich family and their tragic and storied history in the professional wrestling business.
White is best known for his role as Phillip “Lip” Gallagher on the Showtime series Shameless. He has also appeared in Law & Order and Homecoming, and now has a feature role on the Hulu drama series The Bear.
White will star in The Iron Claw alongside Zac Efron (Kevin Von Erich) and Harris Dickinson (David Von Erich); the film is being written and directed by Sean Durkin. No release date for the project has been announced yet.
