11/4 WWE SmackDown Draws Lowest Viewership On FOX Since September

WWE SmackDown viewership increased on November 4, the day before WWE Crown Jewel.

According to Brandon Thurston of Wrestlenomics, 2.138 million viewers tuned in on Friday.

This number is up from last week, when 835,000 viewers watched the show on FS1. (SmackDown was moved to FS1 due to coverage of the World Series on FOX.)

In the 18 to 49 demographic, SmackDown scored a 0.48 rating, which is also up last week (0.23 rating in the same demographic). SmackDown ranked #3 overall in the key demographic.

For comparison, 2.231 million viewers watched the show on FOX on October 21, and that episode scored a 0.52 rating in the  same demographic.

Thurston noted that Friday’s number was SmackDown’s lowest total viewership on FOX since September 2, and it drew its lowest demographic rating since August 26.

This week’s episode was taped a week in advance due to WWE Crown Jewel on November 5, and it featured a No Disqualification Match between Liv Morgan and Sonya Deville. In the main event, Gunther defended the WWE Intercontinental Championship against Rey Mysterio. Plus, LA Knight battled Ricochet.
