Tatanka Turned Down Invitation To Appear At WWE RAW 30th Anniversary

Tatanka won’t be at RAW’s 30th Anniversary Show next week but he has a good reason for missing the show.

WWE is advertising several wrestling legends for RAW Is XXX, the company’s 30th anniversary show scheduled to take place on January 23 in Philadelphia. Kurt Angle, Ric Flair and The Undertaker are just some of the names on the list, but Tatanka is one name you won’t be seeing next week.

Tatanka took to Twitter to announce that WWE had reached out to him, but he’s unable to attend the show because his son’s wrestling team will be traveling to its State Championship meet.

“Even though @WWE contacted me 5 weeks ago, I will not be attending the 30th Anniversary Show,” Tatanka wrote. “[I]nstead, as noted, my Son’s Wrestling Team won the Regional Championship & we’re heading out of town to the State Championship! No better place I would rather be! #Father #Son Support!”
