Adam Cole Names Kenny Omega, Jay White As Potential AEW All In Opponents

Adam Cole is no stranger to big matches, and the All Elite Wrestling star has some ideas for a major bout at AEW All In London at Wembley Stadium.

Cole was sidelined for several months following AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door 2022, as he suffered two head injuries in a short period of time. After he returned on the January 11 episode of AEW Dynamite, Cole had his first match back on the March 29 episode of AEW Dynamite. Moving forward, Cole has his sights set on AEW All In, the company’s buzzworthy stadium show that has already sold 60,000 tickets and counting.

Speaking to Alistair McGeorge of Metro, Cole was asked about what match he might like to have at the Wembley Stadium show.

“Oh gosh, there’s so many different ideas running through my head as far as what could happen at a show that large,” said Cole.”But God, there’s just a million different possibilities! I’ve thought about – maybe me versus Jay White would be really special, me versus Kenny Omega.”

Of course, the goal of every wrestler is to become the champion, and Cole is no different. With that in mind, his ideal scenario would be challenging for the AEW World Championship.

“At the end of the day, everyone wants to be the world champion, so in my mind, Adam Cole challenging for the AEW World Champion is my scenario,” he said.

Cole is currently feuding with former AEW World Champion Chris Jericho. On the May 3 episode of AEW Dynamite, Cole, Roderick Strong, Bandido, and Orange Cassidy beta Daniel Garcia, Angelo Parker, Matt Menard, and Jake Hager in an eight-man tag team bout.
