After the August 23 episode of AEW Dynamite, All Elite Wrestling taped matches for the August 26 episode of AEW Collision from Gas South Arena in Duluth, GA.
The spoilers, courtesy of Evan Newton via ITN WWE, are as follows:
- Before AEW Dynamite: Jack Perry came out and tried to retire the FTW Championship. HOOK interrupted and put Perry through a table. In doing so, he seemingly set up an FTW Championship match between the two for AEW All In.
- Samoa Joe cut a promo on CM Punk
- CM Punk, Sting, Darby Allin & HOOK defeated Jay White, Swerve Strickland, Luchasaurus & Brian Cage. The match was announced as the main event, but it was taped first.
- After the match, Samoa Joe and CM Punk brawled, and Darby Allin hit Swerve Strickland with a chair.
- CM Punk paid tribute to Terry Funk in a post-show promo.
- Big Bill (with Ricky Starks) defeated Vary Morales
- Dark Order (Alex Reynolds & John Silver) defeated Action Andretti & Darius Martin
- Willow Nightingale defeated Robyn Renegade.
- Keith Lee defeated Zicky Dice
- Orange Cassidy, Eddie Kingston & Penta El Zero Miedo defeated Kip Sabian, The Butcher & The Blade
