Steel Cage Match: Trish Stratus vs. Becky Lynch

Stratus immediately tries to escape the cage. Lynch pulls her down and attempts a Manhandle Slam. Stratus escapes and slaps Lynch. Lynch runs Stratus’ head into the cage repeatedly. Lynch lands three exploder suplexes. Stratus elbows her way out of another Manhandle Slam attempt. Stratus tries to climb the cage again. Lynch follows and knocks her off. Stratus drops Lynch’s head on the top turnbuckle. Stratus launches Lynch into the cage, face first. Lynch writhes in pain. Stratus works over Lynch. Lynch fires up and sends Stratus into the cage. Lynch picks Stratus up and on her shoulder, and lawn darts her into the cage multiple times.

Stratus is reeling. Lynch tries the Disarmher. Stratus escapes. Lynch tries a clothesline, but Stratus matrixes to avoid it. Lynch leg drops Stratus while she is still arched up. Stratus and Lynch fight out to the apron, slamming each other’s heads into the cage. Lynch drapes Stratus’ across the top rope. Leg drop by Lynch. Stratus has a knot developing on her head. Lynch goes up top. Stratus tries the Stratusphere. Lynch blocks it. Stratus pulls herself up and starts to climb the cage. Lynch pulls Stratus off the cage and hits a powerbomb. Stratus manages to kick out at two.

Lynch and Stratus trade counters. Stratus counters a Manhandle Slam into the Widow’s Peak. Lynch kicks out at 2.9. Stratus sets up Stratusfaction. Lynch counters with a Twist of Fate! Stratus kicks out!!! Lynch dives off the top. Stratus moves out of the way, but Lynch lands on her feet. Lynch may have tweaked her knee. Stratus hits Stratusfaction! Lynch kicks out! Stratus climbs the cage and almost gets over. Lynch pulls her back into the ring.

Stratus and Lynch trade strikes. Lynch tries a Manhandle Slam off the top rope. Stratus elbows her way out of it and hits Stratusfaction off the top! Lynch kicks out yet again. Stratus climbs the cage. Lynch follows. Stratus’ legs get trapped in the top of the cage. Lynch pulls Stratus back to the top. Lynch superplexes Stratus from the top of the cage back into the ring. Stratus looks to be out. Lynch climbs the cage as Stratus crawls to the door.

Lynch drops down off the cage to pull Stratus back into the ring. Zoey Stark appears and tries to pull Stratus out of the cage. Stark and Lynch have a tug-o-war with Stratus. Lynch wins and hits a Manhandle Slam. Stark breaks up the pin. Lynch closes the cage door to trap Stark in as well. Stratus climbs. Lynch hits the Manhandle Slam on Stark. Stratus almost gets out of the cage. Lynch pulls Stratus down to the top rope and hits a Manhandle Slam off the top rope for the win.

Winner- Becky Lynch

After the match, Stratus yells at Stark. Stark apologizes. Stratus slaps Stark and tells her to leave the cage. Stark starts to leave, but she closes the door instead of exiting the cage. Stratus realizes what she has done. Stark drops Stratus with the Z360. Stark rips off her Trish Stratus shirt and drops it on Stratus.

In-Ring Segment: The Host of Payback, John Cena

Cena puts over Becky Lynch and Trish Stratus’ cage match. He’s been a lot of things, but he’s never been a host. His job tonight is to make tonight special. He couldn’t think of a better way to make tonight special than refereeing a match he’s had his eyes on for a while, The Miz vs. LA Knight. The Miz’s music hits. Miz joins Cena in the ring. He does NOT look happy. Miz says he would expect this from LA Knight but not from Cena. Pandering to this crowd? Miz tells Cena sucks as a host. Cena asks Miz for advice on how to be a better host. Miz says not to make himself a referee for one of his matches.

Cena says that was his one idea and asks if Miz has any others. Miz says when the phone rings and you get asked to be a merman in the Barbie movie, you say no. Miz tells Cena he should be more involved and that he needs to take charge. Cena says, like making himself the special referee in Miz’s match? Miz screams no. Miz points out that Cena doesn’t have a referee shirt. A hand comes out of nowhere and hands Cena a shirt. Miz says no. Cena says YEAH. Cena and Miz go back and forth. LA Knight’s music hits.

The Miz vs. LA Knight (Special Guest Referee: John Cena)

Miz refuses to get in the ring. A “tiny balls” chant breaks out in the crowd. The Miz gets in the ring, and the bell rings. Miz immediately rolls out of the ring. Miz walks up the ramp. He’s done with this. Knight follows. Miz tries a cheap shot, but Knight avoids it. Knight beats Miz back into the ring. Miz and Knight trade punches. Knight sits Miz on the top rope and sets up a superplex. Miz counter with a gourd buster. Double axe handle off the top by Miz. Miz works over Knight. Miz walks into a powerslam by Knight.

Miz almost hits the Skull Crushing Finale, but Knight counters and almost hits the BFT. Miz rolls out of the ring to avoid it. Knight catches Miz with a dropkick through the rope. Knight slams Miz’s head into the commentary desk while the crowd screams, “YEAH!” Miz braces himself on the desk before tripping Knight into it. Miz slams Knight’s head into the barricade, screaming, “YEAH!” Miz tries a shoulder tackle. Knight backdrops Miz into the timekeeper’s area. Knight brings Miz back into the ring. Miz stomps Knight as he gets back in the ring.

Miz stomps Knight in the corner, but he ignores Cena’s count. Cena pulls Miz out of the corner. Knight surprises Miz with a clothesline. Knight stomps Miz and doesn’t adhere to the count. Cena pulls Knight out of the corner. Knight and Cena argue. Miz attacks Knight from behind. Miz works over Knight. Knight goes up top. Miz dropkicks Knight in the knee and hits a rope-hanging lung blower. Knight kicks out. Knight surprises Miz with a high-angle back suplex. Miz gets to his feet. Knight lands a flurry of offense. Miz kicks Knight in the knee and hits a DDT. Miz picks Knight up again and hits another. Kick out by Knight. Miz calls for the Skull Crushing Finale. Knight escapes.

Miz misses his corner clothesline and gets hung up in the ropes. Rolling DDT by Knight. Miz kicks out! Miz rolls up Knight and puts his hand on the rope. Cena sees it and kicks Miz’s hand off the rope. Cena and Miz argue. Knight tries to hit the BFT, but Miz avoids it. Knight almost decks Cena after Miz ducks, but he manages to stop himself. Miz lands the Skull Crushing Finale. Knight kicks out. Miz stares at Cena and tries the five-knuckle shuffle. Knight kips up and hits a powerslam. BFT by Knight. Knight pins Miz.

Winner- LA Knight

Cena and Knight argue on the ramp. Cena tells Knight they don’t have to be friends, but it’s about respect. Knight doesn’t look convinced. He tells Cena they can take it to the ring. Cena offers Knight his hand. Knight hesitates before shaking Cena’s hand. Cena raises Knight’s hand.

United States Championship Match: Rey Mysterio (c) vs. Austin Theory

Mysterio and Theory trade strikes. Theory drives Mysterio into the top rope. Clothesline by Theory. Theory lands another clothesline in the corner. Slingshot Stomp by Theory. Modified fisherman’s suplex by Theory. Theory picks Mysterio up and lands another. Theory tries it again, but Mysterio turns it into a small package. Kick out by Theory. Spinning sleeper slam by Theory. Mysterio kicks out. Theory works over Mysterio. Theory tries to rip off Mysterio’s mask. Mysterio fights him off. Moonsault by Mysterio. Both men are down. Mysterio fires up and sends Theory out of the ring with a spinning head scissors.

Mysterio slides under the ropes and hits a tornado DDT. Springboard head scissors by Mysterio. Mysterio tries the 619. Theory ducks. Mysterio tries another springboard. Theory catches Mysterio on his shoulders and lands a spinning powerbomb. Mysterio kicks out. Theory sets up the A Town Down. Mysterio escapes. Rolling dropkick by Theory. Mysterio bounces off the ropes and lands a basement dropkick. Mysterio sends Theory into the ropes again. 619 by Mysterio. Mysterio tries a slingshot splash, but Theory gets his knees up. Theory rolls through and tries to set up the A Town Down. Mysterio reverses it into a roll up for the win.

Winner and STILL United States Champion, Rey Mysterio!

Steel City Street Fight Tag Team Championship Match: Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn (c) vs. The Judgement Day (Finn Bálor and Señor Money in the Bank Damian Priest)

The bell rings, and all four men brawl. The fight spills out of the ring. Priest and Owens fight up the ramp. Bálor and Zayn take turns sending each other into the barricade. Zayn sends Bálor back into the ring before sending a few chairs in behind him. Zayn tries to bring Bálor back into the ring, but Bálor hits Zayn with a kendo stick. Bálor pulls a Pittsburg Steelers terrible towel from under the ring. Bálor throws it on the ground and stomps on it. The crowd boos. Owens blasts Bálor with a clothesline. Zayn lands a dive. Owens and Zayn take turns hitting Priest with trash cans.

Owens takes off his shirt and reveals a Terry Funk t-shirt. Zayn puts a trash can on Bálor’s head. Zayn and Owens alternate, hitting the trash can with kendo sticks. Owens and Zayn pull a table from under the ring and set it up. Priest blasts both Zayn and Owens with right-hand shots. Trash can shot to Zayn by Priest. Pries and Bálor beat down Owens with chairs. Zayn tries to help, but gets worked over by Priest and Bálor as well. Owens hits Priest with a chair. Bálor hits Owens with chair. Zayn hits Bálor with a chair. Everyone is getting hit with chairs. Priest and Bálor retreat to the crowd. Owens and Zayn follow and attack.

A wild Dominik Mysterio appears and attacks Owens and Zayn. All three members of The Judgement Day toss Zayn and Owens into the penalty box. When Bálor and Co turn around, Zayn and Owens, wearing Pittsburg Penguins gear and holding hockey sticks. Owens’ head is busted open. Zayn and Owens beat the crap out of all three members of The Judgement Day with the hockey sticks. The fight ends up back in the ring. Zayn hits a blue thunder bomb on Bálor on a stack of chairs. Owens and Zayn sit up a bunch of chairs. Priest breaks it up and drops Owens with a broken arrow on the chairs. Owens rolls out of the ring. Priest hits Owens with a trashcan. Bálor clotheslines Owens into the crowd.

The fight goes back into the crowd. All four men brawl. Zayn dives off a platform and lands on Priest and Bálor. Dominik Mysterio appears again and attacks Zayn and Owens. Owens lays Dominik on a table in the aisle. Owens climbs up onto the balcony. Swanton by Owens! Zayn sets up the Helluva Kick to Bálor. Priest tosses a trash can into Zayn’s face. Priest tells Bálor to go up for a stomp. Bálor agrees and goes up top. Priest picks Zayn up for the Razoer’s Edge. Zayn escapes and pushes Bálor off the top, sending him through a table. Zayn tries a Helluva Kick, but Priest avoids it. Owens hits the ring and Stunners Priest. Zayn lands a Helluva Kick.

JD McDonagh pulls Zayn out of the ring while he attempts the pin. Priest looks confused. Owens spinebusters McDonagh on the commentary desk. Rhea Ripley appears out of nowhere and spears Owens through the barricade. Back in the ring, Bálor misses the Coup de Gras. Zayn hits the Helluva Kick. Zayn pins Bálor, but Dominik rolls into the ring and hits Zayn with the MITB briefcase. Bálor rolls Zayn over and pins him.

Winners and NEW Undisputed Tag Team Champions, The Judgment Day!

The Grayson Waller Effect

Waller jokes about Cody Rhodes being unable to finish his story. Waller laughs at his own joke because, of course. Rhodes joins Waller in the ring. Rhodes tries to ask the crowd what they want to talk about, but Waller cuts him off. Waller says no one cares what Pittsburg wants to talk about. Waller says Rhodes has had so many ups and so many downs. He says Rhodes is clearly here for the Grayson Waller rub and calls Rhodes “kid.” Rhodes says he knows what Waller is doing, that’s how shows like this work. He’s trying to get under his skin so they can fight. Waller doesn’t want any of that to happen. Rhodes says he wants to give Waller something.

He has a scoop for Waller. Rhodes says he saw a wrong that happened on SmackDown that needs to be righted. He says he’s called in every bit of political capital he had to do this. Rhodes stands up and tells the crowd to welcome the newest member of the Monday Raw Roster, Main Event Jey Uso! The crowd goes nuts. Jey saunters down to the ring. Waller says he wasn’t prepared for this and wishes he had questions for Jey. Waller dumps all over Jey and says he clearly needs the Grayson Waller rub. Jey Uso Superkicks Waller. Rhodes watches from the stage as Uso celebrates.

WWE Women’s World Championship Match: Rhea Ripley (c) vs. Raquel Rodriguez

Ripley and Rodriguez lock up. Neither woman can get the advantage. Ripley and Rodriguez shove each other. Both women lock up again. This ends in another stalemate. Rodriguez tries a shoulder block. Ripley doesn’t go down. Rodriguez floors Ripley with a tackle. Ripley rolls out of the ring. Ripley stuns Rodriguez on the top rope. Big boot by Rodriguez. Ripley tries to Irish whip Rodriguez. Rodriguez puts on the breaks. Bodyslam by Rodriguez. Ripley slams Rodriguez. Basement dropkick by Ripley. Rodriguez kicks out. Ripley works over Rodriguez. Rodriguez fires up and lands a flurry of offense. Rodriguez goes up top.

Ripley knocks Rodriguez into a tree of woe. Rodriguez escapes and pulls Ripley off the top into a delayed verticle suplex. Spinning corkscrew splash by Rodriguez. Kick out by Ripley. Ripley lands a running knee. Ripley pins Rodriguez while flexing. Rodriguez kicks out. Ripley tries Riptide. Rodriguez escapes and tries a powerbomb. Rodriguez stumbles and drops Ripley on the top rope. That was awkward. Ripley surprises Rodriguez with a chop block. Rodriguez clutches at her previously injured knee. Prism Lock by Ripley. Rodriguez escapes and lands a bodyslam. Rodriguez is still favoring her knee.

Rodriguez pulls Dominik into the ring and flattens him with a running powerslam. Ripley kicks Rodriguez in the knee and hits the Riptide for the win.

WWE World Heavyweight Championship Match: Seth “Freakin” Rollins (c) vs. Shinsuke Nakamura

Nakamura and Rollins trade armbars. Nakamura takes Rollins down. Rollins escapes, and the two have a standoff. Side headlock by Rollins. Nakamura drives Rollins into the ropes. As the referee asks for a clean break, Nakamura rubs Rollins back. Nakamura steps away and tells Rollins to come one. Rollins charges in. Both men trade strikes. Rollins drives Nakamura into the corner. Nakamura counters an Irish whip. Rollins leapfrogs over a charging Nakamura. Rollins sends Nakamura out of the ring. Suicide dive by Rollins. Rollins sends Nakamura back into the ring. Rollins sets up a Pedigree. Nakamura back body drops Rollins. Nakamura stomps Rollins in the corner. Good vibrations by Nakamura. Nakamura sets Rollins up on the top rope.

Rollins avoids a running knee strike by Nakamura. Nakamura stuns Rollins on the top rope. Senton by Rollins. Rollins tries a moonsault, but Nakamura moves out of the way. Rollins lands on his feet and sends Nakamura out of the ring again, and hits another dive. Nakamura is reeling. Rollins climbs the barricade. Nakamura gets to his feet and slams Rollins on the commentary desk, back first. Nakamura sends Rollins into the barricade. Rollins screams in pain. Nakamura sets Rollins on the top rope. Running knee by Nakamura. Nakamura focuses his assault on Rollins’ back.

Rollins lands a frog splash. Nakamura kicks out. Rollins is still favoring his back. Rollins tries a powerbomb. Nakamura escapes. Rainmaker by Rollins. Nakamura kicks out.

Rollins misses The Stomp. Nakamura blasts Rollins with a flying knee of the second rope. Rollins kicks out. Nakamura goes back to focusing on Rollins back with a suplex. Rollins escapes another suplex attempt by Nakamura. Rollins gets hung up in the ropes. Sliding German suplex by Nakamura. Exploder suplex by Nakamura. Nakamura sets up the Kinshasa. Rollins counters with a superkick. Nakamura kicks out at two. Rollins lays in a series of elbows to Nakamura’s face. Nakamura reverses an elbow strike into a flying armbar. Rollins tries to escape, but Nakamura transitions into a triangle.

Rollins tries to pick Nakamura up for a powerbomb to break the hold, but his back gives out. He starts to fade, but he powers up and somehow manages to powerbomb Nakamura to break the triangle. Rollins and Nakamura trade strikes. Rollins misses a roaring elbow. Nakamura misses a spin kick but immediately lands another. Rollins catches Nakamura with an enziguri. Rollins goes up top. Nakamura cuts him off.

Nakamura hits a Landslide off the top. Kinshasa to the back of Rollins’ head by Nakamura. Nakamura calls for another. Rollins collapses. Nakamura picks up Rollins. Rollins slaps Nakamura. Nakamura kicks Rollins over and over again. Rollins tries to fight back, but Nakamura stomps him into oblivion. After a series of counters, Rollins lands a Pedigree. Nakamura rolls up Rollins. Rollins rolls through and lands the Stomp for the win.
