Jordynne Grace Comments On Return To IMPACT Wrestling At Victory Road

Jordynne Grace has commented on her return to IMPACT Wrestling at Victory Road.

Jordynne Grace returned to IMPACT Wrestling after a three-month hiatus at Victory Road on September 8. She defeated longtime rival Deonna Purrazzo at the event.

IMPACT Wrestling’s digital media team caught up with the former Knockouts World Champion for her comments. Jordynne Grace revealed she took a three-month break to refocus on herself, adding that it took her a fifth attempt to defeat her archrival.

“After I was put on the shelf, I knew that I had to change something. I knew that I had to refocus. I took three months off to do just that. And tonight, after beating Deonna; four times I failed, this is my fifth time,” Jordynne recalled.

She also vowed to keep moving forward after her big win at IMPACT Victory Road.

“Finally, I got the better of her. And that proves that [no matter what] if you keep trying with the right amount of determination, you will come out on top. It’s only up for me from here.”

The build to Victory Road

Jordynne Grace lost to Deonna Purrazzo in a “Last Chance” match for the IMPACT Knockouts World Championship at Under Siege in May.

She became a free agent soon after and took some time off from wrestling to focus on other projects. It was announced at Emergence that Grace would make her comeback at Victory Road. Grace also signed a multi-year deal with her longtime promotion.
