Lacey Evans Wants A Comic-Con Booth Next To Sgt. Slaughter’s Daughter

Lacey Evans opens up about her issues with Sgt. Slaughter and his daughter.

Before her WWE release, Macey Estrella, formerly known as Lacey Evans, sparked some buzz on the June 2 episode of WWE SmackDown. She debuted a new look. She came out with a hat that looked a lot like the one Sgt. Slaughter used to wear. Evans also used his Cobra Clutch. Slaughter’s daughter criticized Evans on social media, and they went back and forth. Slaughter himself was also critical of Evans and WWE having her use his move without asking him.

Speaking on Road Trip with Teddy Long and Mac Davis, Evans was asked whether the negativity got to her.

“Not at all,” Lacey Evans said. “I’ve had so much negativity throughout, none of that fazes me. When you have a woman who’s been through more shit before they were 12 years old, you think for one second that some overweight, unemployed son of a gun that’s sitting in their mama’s basement is gonna bother me, you’ve got me so far-fetched. I don’t know how else to explain it. So absolutely not. I did what I was told, and I looked damn good doing it the entire time.

“But I am trying to get booked on a comic-con next to his daughter because I would love to have a booth of my own and show up. She had a lot to say too. There’s one thing about formally known as Lacey Evans, Macey Estrella. I know who I am and what I’ve been through and what I stand for. I’ll be damned if I, for any second of my life, am gonna let anybody come at me sideways for something that is so unwarranted. The problem with me and how I lasted seven years, I have a backbone. I will not fall to my knees for any damn body. I will stand up for what I believe in, and that whole sh*t was crazy.”

Lacey Evans: I Stand Up For What I Believe In

Lacey Evans continued by responding to David, who noted that it seemed like no one stood up for her. She stated that she didn’t need anyone to stand up for her. Evans explained that she was bothered by the way Slaughter and his daughter took the situation so legitimately.

“I know who I am. I know what I represent, I know what I stand for,” Lacey Evans said. “So it doesn’t bother me. What bothered me, I think, was the fact that they did take it so legitimate on social media. I hope that they have those same words and that same backbone that they had on Twitter, even old man Slaughter, I hope his hips still work. I hope his daughter is still there. Because where I come from, and the woman that I am, you better stand firm in what you said. Same thing backstage at WWE. I stand in who I am and what I believe in.

“I’ll be damned if I’m gonna just sit back and let anybody, storyline is one thing, I’ll play the game. I’ll let Ric Flair wrap his arms around my waist so Charlotte Flair gets pissed off. But I’ll be damned if you’re gonna think that you’re gonna come to me, whether it’s social media or in my face, and I’m not gonna say what needs to be said or do what needs to be done. They took it crazy. A lot of people don’t know,. I don’t have to defend myself because what pays the bills pays the bills. I do what I do as an employee. But when you’re gonna say something, tell the whole story. The ‘fans’ that know everything that don’t know a damn thing.”

Lacey Evans Sends A Message To Sgt. Slaughter And His Daughter

Lacey Evans went on to put on her Slaughter-like hat as she directly addressed the WWE legend and his daughter. She emphasized that they should tell the whole story. Evans also repeated that she wants to get a booth next to Slaughter’s daughter at a comic-con.

“Sgt. Slaughter, as I address you and your daughter, if you’re gonna tell a story, make sure you tell the whole damn one,” Evans said. “Don’t tell half of it and make it seem like something it ain’t. Make sure you tell them that you were addressed, talked to, and it was all in the works before you decided, for some reason, which is none of my business, I don’t care, you’re gonna act like you had no idea.

“Sweetheart, where’d that military backbone go that you claim you had? As far as the daughter goes, anybody out there that would like to book me for a comic-con next to her booth, if she even has one, my legitimate campaign cover is ready.”
