The Undertaker Shares Hilarious Way Vince McMahon Paid Off A Bet

One of the greatest people to ever step foot inside the squared circle is The Undertaker. The WWE Hall of Famer recently shared a funny story involving Vince McMahon.

In his recent episode of Six Feet Under with Mark Calaway, the Deadman shared a story about him t having a bet with the then-chairman of the board Vince McMahon.

The Undertaker mentioned that it was during one of the hardest times for WWE (WWF back then). McMahon was on trial for multiple cases the top stars such as Hulk Hogan decided to jump ship. But still, he and McMahon decided to have a bet from time to time.

“The company is on the verge of collapsing… There were times where I could have took a handful of rocks and throwing them into an arena and not hit anybody. We were struggling… I mean that’s how rough it was… We made a bet. He (Vince McMahon) was a… with all this going on, the trial and everything, and me and him made a bet.”

The Deadman mentioned that Vince McMahon despite being on trial made sure that he would pay The Undertaker’s debts. But he paid him off in pennies.

“He was a Washington Redskins — at the time, the Redskins are Commanders now obviously… I’m a Dallas Cowboys fan. We bet. Right? Dallas beats Washington. I think we bet $100 bucks. Gentlemen bet 100 bucks. That joker in the midst of all this going on, paid me my $100. You know how he paid me? In freaking pennies. He made someone carry a jar of pennies. A $100 worth of pennies to TV and then give it to me. He was testifying, I think that day. He wasn’t there, but he paid his debt,” The Undertaker said.

The Undertaker claims Vince McMahon loved to rib him

While speaking on the same episode, The Undertaker revealed that McMahon always loved to rib him.

“He was on trial for everything… ‘I’m gonna rib him.’ Which was one of his favorite things to do from the beginning to the end was rib me. He loved ribbing me. Can you imagine with all that going on to even have the mental capacity to think I’m going to pay him in $100 in pennies? I’m on the road back then. Sometimes I’m out 35 days in a row. Am I going to… What am I going to do with a pickle jar full of pennies? That’s Vince man.”

What would you do if someone gave you $100 worth of pennies?
