AEW Dynamite Viewership Decreases On 12/6, Demo Also Drops

AEW Dynamite viewership decreased on December 6.

According to Wrestlenomics, 823,000 viewers watched the show on Wednesday night, and it drew a 0.25 rating in the 18 to 49 demographic. The viewership is down from last week’s episode when 858,000 viewers tuned in last week. The demo also dropped from last week‘s episode, which drew a 0.29 rating in the same demographic.

What happened on AEW Dynamite this week?

This week’s show kicked off with Jon Moxley defeating RUSH in a Gold League match of the Continental Classic.

Elsewhere on the show, Timeless Toni Storm defeated Skye Blue to retain the AEW Women’s World Championship. Following the match, Riho made her Dynamite return and seemingly challenged Storm for a future shot at the title.

MJF was also attacked backstage by someone with a beer bottle which caused the tag match with Samoa Joe against The Devil’s Goons to be canceled.

In the main event of the show, Christian Cage defeated Adam Copeland with some help from Shayna Wayne to retain the AEW TNT Championship.
