TKO Group (WWE And UFC) Reports Full 2023 Financial Results

TKO Group Holdings, the company that formed in the merger of WWE and UFC, has reported their financial results for 2023.

In a press release, TKO reported their full results for 2023. The results cover the period of September 12 through December 31 for WWE’s earnings, as the merger was not completed until September 12. Overall, the revenue was reported as $1.7 billion, which marks an increase of 47%, with WWE contributing $382.8 million of revenue from September 12 through December 31.

In the announcement, TKO stated that each WWE premium live event set a viewership record. WWE’s total domestic viewership and hours viewed on Peacock increased 25% and 22%, respectively. Additionally, WWE’s average live event attendance increased 34%.

Ari Emanuel Comments On TKO’s Earnings

TKO CEO Ari Emanuel was quoted in the press release, and he highlighted the successful year. He also brought up WWE’s deal with Netflix.

“TKO is off to a strong start following record financial performance in 2023 at both UFC and WWE,” said Ariel Emanuel, CEO of TKO. “We secured Anheuser-Busch as the official beer partner of UFC, delivered a transformative deal to bring WWE’s Raw to Netflix beginning in 2025, and expanded our international footprint in important growth markets.

“We have more conviction than ever in the combination of these businesses and TKO’s ability to drive topline growth and margin expansion, generate meaningful free cash flow, and deliver sustainable long-term value for shareholders.”
