Seth Rollins is no stranger to bravado, and as he prepares for another potential big WrestleMania moment, he’s ready to claim the title of the illustrious Mr. WrestleMania.
Speaking to USA Today, Rollins wasted no time in calling himself the new-age “Mr. WrestleMania,” a name that was popularized by WWE legend Shawn Michaels, who had his fair share of big matches at the event.
“Nothing against Shawn Michaels. He’s incredible, the original Mr. WrestleMania,” Seth Rollins said. “But for my generation, you’re looking at my track record; nobody can touch it.”
The Architect knows what it takes to put on a marquee match at the biggest show of the year. Rollins believes he’s more than ready to do what few others have: perform on back-to-back nights.
“These matches at WrestleMania, they’re not like anything else you’re ever gonna see. This is special; it takes its toll on you,” said Rollins. “If anybody on planet Earth is prepared to perform two nights in a row on the grandest stage, it is moi.”
