Ricochet hopes to produce his style of art after signing for AEW.
The former WWE Superstar joined the company last month, after his WWE contract expired. Ricochet debuted for AEW at All In, appearing in the Casino Gauntlet match at Wembley Stadium.
He is set to wrestle Sammy Guevara on AEW Dynamite. It is a match that he will hope will help him create the kind of art he wants to create on the canvas.
Ricochet spoke with The Babyfaces Podcast, and talked about him joining AEW. The new AEW star revealed that there’s so much for him to do in the company. He wants to make an instant splash following his signing.
He added that AEW will give him the chance to showcase the “style of art” he wants to create in the ring. Ricochet plans to “create something awesome” for the fans in his AEW run.
“I think that’s kind of the thing with AEW right now—the freshness, the newness, the ‘what ifs.'” Ricochet said. “Because it’s so new, there’s so much out there to be done, both in matches and stories.”
“I see it is, I’m just the new guys ready to make a splash. So I just I want to, you know, do everything that I can. To help them grow and again, being so new they’ve already did so much growing. They’ve already grown so much within the five years that they’ve already been going.” Ricochet continued.
“So if I can help that in any way and to be able for this company to showcase the style of art that I really want to produce is awesome. If I can help showcase the style of art I want to produce with All Elite Wrestling, I think we can create something awesome for the fans.” Ricochet added.
