Liv Morgan & Raquel Rodriguez vs. Gigi Dolin & Tatum Paxley – WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship
Gigi Dolin and Tatum Paxley won a fatal four-way tag team elimination match at Stand & Deliver pre-show to earn a shot at the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship. Tonight, they’ll take on Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez for the tag team titles. Liv and Raquel reclaimed the titles from Becky Lynch and Lyra Valkyria last night on RAW.
NXT Stand & Deliver Fallout
The women’s tag team title match is the only bout advertised (at the time of this writing) for this week’s NXT. That said, fans can expect a lot more to go down on tonight’s episode, especially after what went down at Stand & Deliver.
We saw Hank and Tank defeat Fraxiom for the NXT Tag Team Championship. Nathan Frazer and Axiom said in their post-match comments, they aren’t sure what the future holds for them after Saturday’s loss.
Elsewhere on the card, Sol Ruca won the ladder match for the vacant NXT Women’s North American Championship. Fans can expect ZARIA to show up after what went down between the two women during the match.
Speaking of the North American Championship, Ricky Saints held on to the strap after successfully beating Ethan Page in the opening match of NXT Stand & Deliver. The revolution will be televised.
DarkState picked up a major win at WWE NXT Stand & Deliver when they beat the D’Angelo Family — courtesy of a shocking heel turn. What’s next for this seemingly unstoppable faction on the brand.
Stephanie Vaquer and Oba Femi both emerged out of the PLE with the titles around their waist Vaquer bested Jordynne Grace, Giulia and Jaida Parker in a fatal four-way match. The NXT Women’s Champion made her RAW debut in a match against IYO SKY last night. As for Oba, the big man took down Je’Von Evans and Trick Williams to maintain his title as the ‘Ruler of NXT.’
