Tessa Blanchard and TNA Wrestling ruffled a lot of feathers this afternoon.
TNA Wrestling took to social media this afternoon to post a video of Tessa Blanchard with the following caption:
“28. Diamante. #TNAVIP,” TNA Wrestling said in a post.
AEW and Ring of Honor star Diamante didn’t take kindly to this post and immediately quote-tweeted it with proof that she owns the trademark on the name. You can check that out in the embedded post below:

Fans were far less kind to TNA and Tessa Blanchard in the comments section. Here is a collection of some of the replies to the now-deleted post.

That's Tessa… not Diamante… you did use to have a Diamanta on the roster. You should bring her back.

And they eventually did. However, once it’s on the internet, it typically lasts forever.
You can check out the video in the newly updated post (without the Diamante name) in the embedded post below:

It should be noted that diamond in Spanish is diamante, but that didn’t stop the internet from losing its mind over it this afternoon. Perhaps TNA shouldn’t have capitalized the word.
