Roman Reigns and CM Punk got into a heated argument after WWE RAW went off the air.
The main event of WWE RAW saw Seth Rollins defend his World Heavyweight Title against LA Knight. The match went smoothly at first, with no interference from Bronson Reed and Bron Breakker as they were ban from the ringside.
But things took a turn when Rollins tried to stomp Knight on the exposed floor outside the ring. That’s when CM Punk ran out and helped Knight, causing a disqualification. Knight tried to stop Punk, but he kept attacking Rollins.
In the chaos, Bron Breakker ran down the entrance ramp and delivered a devastating spear to CM Punk. Bronson Reed and Seth Rollins then joined in, beating down both Punk and Knight. Roman Reigns rushed in and briefly fought them off, but the numbers overwhelmed him when Rollins hit a stomp and Breakker followed with spear. Reed finished the assault by hitting multiple Tsunamis, leaving all three men laid out on the mat.
After WWE RAW went off the air, footage showed CM Punk and LA Knight arguing on the entrance ramp. Knight was angry that Punk cost him the world heavyweight title match. WWE officials stepped in to separate them.
As Roman Reigns limped toward the ramp, still feeling the effects of the beatdown, Punk shouted, “Maybe if you showed up on time” Reigns, clearly furious, yelled back, “You don’t know about none of that sh*t. You old as* b*tch.”
